As the Head of Customer Acquisition, Freddie is responsible for leading a team of paid and organic marketing specialists to drive profitable growth across Pharmacy2u’s portfolio of products and services.
As the UKs largest online pharmacy, Freddies expertise spans e-commerce, marketing of registered and private services as well as B2B. Over the last four years at Pharmacy2u group, Freddie has overseen the growth in demand for online pharmacy services as well as the marketing of disruptive and innovative products within the healthcare space. As a result, Freddie has helped to double the size of the customer base at Pharmacy2u, from 750k to over 1.5m active patients.
At his core, Freddie is a data-driven marketing specialist, encouraging his team and others to empower their decision making through data and analytics.
Prior to this role, Freddie led the paid search team at Sky Betting & Gaming, overseeing the fast growth of that business around the pandemic. Before that, Freddie’s career started at agency, working at the fully integrated agency HOME (now IMA-HOME) as a digital marketing manager.
Outside of work, Freddie is a father and avid board gamer. He enjoys not just playing board games, but developing his own.
