Geert Kelchtermans, Vice President Small & Medium Enterprise, Proximus

Geert Kelchtermans is an executive with a broad experience in digital transformation, sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Small & Medium Enterprise at Proximus since October 2021, Geert is responsible for the P&L of the SME segment, defining its vision, mission, and strategy. He leads the sales, portfolio, and marketing teams. Next to that, Geert is Chairman of the board of Clearmedia BV and member of the BeCom board since 2017.

In his previous role as Vice President of Digital Products & Experience (Chief Digital Officer) at Proximus, he was accountable for defining and implementing the digital transformation of the Proximus group. He led an organization of approximately 800 FTEs and reported directly to the CEO.

His earlier roles include Director of Marketing Customer Acquisition, Segment Marketing Manager and Product & Solutions Manager from October 2008 to October 2011.

Geert began his career at Belgacom as a Management Trainee. His journey from a Trainee in September 2004 to his current leadership roles showcases his dedication, expertise, and ability to drive digital transformation, business growth and people motivation.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
