Gemma Holmes, Head of Marketing – ETM Group

Gemma joined Blue Tiger Marketing in December 2016 as Business Development Manager, responsible for setting up the New Business team including managing all pitches, new revenue streams and on-boarding of new clients.

Prior to this, Gemma spent 15 years client side, most recently as Head of Marketing with TJX Europe (TK Maxx & HomeSense) where she was responsible for the full marketing strategy including media, PR, social, internal comms, production, experiential and corporate comms, as well as overseeing the annual new store opening programme.

Prior to this Gemma worked for a number of brands in marketing management roles, with a passion for retail and a proven record of driving brand growth.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
