Geoffrey Boscoe is a member of Spencer Stuartês global Consumer Goods & Services and Retail practices and leads the Consumer, Retail and Marketing Officer practices in Australia and New Zealand. He brings executive experience in the consumer goods, retail financial services, strategy consulting and retail property industries to his role, and has successfully led assignments for renowned clients in the consumer packaged goods, consumer durables, retail, financial services, industrial, digital and e-commerce sectors.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Geoffrey was director of non-carbonated beverages with Coca-Cola in Germany, focusing on growing the breadth of the companyês beverage portfolio. Previously, Geoffrey worked in the United States and Italy with Kellogg Company in a variety of senior roles, including marketing director, director assisting the president of Kellogg International, head of global innovation portfolio management and global strategy development principal. Earlier in his career, Geoffrey worked with Bank of Melbourne as senior manager for planning and decision support, with Marakon Associates as a strategy consultant and with Lend Lease Corporation in sales, marketing and general management.
Geoffrey has co-authored several of Spencer Stuartês leading research studies, including Crossing Borders ã Internationalizing Brands and Changing Places: The challenges and benefits for CMOs of making a sector transition. He holds an M.B.A. from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing from the University of New South Wales.
