Gill is a strategic marketing consultant, facilitator and executive coach with over 30 years of experience supporting start-ups, scale-ups and global brands.
Gill has led marketing teams at rapid-growth brands such as First Direct, Vodafone, and GEN Digital in the UK, CEE and the US. She has also worked as an independent marketing consultant for clients that include Vodafone, DHL, SAB Miller, Ford Motors and United Utilities. Her marketing experience encompasses roles in analytics, strategic marketing, brand development, CRM, digital and innovation.
In her coaching practice, Gill partners with business leaders, strategists, and founders to challenge conventions, overcome obstacles, and keep things fresh and moving. She focuses on areas like mastering inner game, clarity in communication, impact and influence, and managing transitions to new roles, organisations and countries. Clients include Asahi, NHS, British American Tobacco, Lewis Silkin LLP and Coutts Bank.
Gill is also dedicated to mentoring emerging marketing talent. She has mentored through the British Chamber of Commerce for more than a decade, supporting clients across diverse sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, luxury brands, technology and hospitality. Recent clients include Accenture, Edwards Lifesciences, L’Oréal, and Unilever.
Gill holds a first-class honours degree in operational research and an MBA from Warwick Business School. She completed her Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) at Henley Business School and is accredited as a Senior Coach Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
