Gina Chen is a leadership coach who helps individuals know themselves and live authentically to who they are. Her coaching is grounded in curiosity, mindfulness, and practical strategy, enabling leaders to move through transition and complexity with resilience.
Gina brings 13 years of experience across healthcare marketing, consulting, and nonprofit. Before discovering her passion for coaching, Gina led digital marketing for one of Genentech’s highest-grossing oncology brands. Previously, she worked in management consulting for EY and Slalom Consulting, advising on international tax strategy and leading technology implementation for Fortune 100 companies and global entrepreneurs. Throughout her career, she has gained cross-functional experience in sales, marketing, product, and commercial strategy – learning to understand business problems from different points of view and collaborate effectively. Alongside her corporate career, Gina discovered her passion for coaching – guiding hundreds of professionals and students through pivotal transitions, from MBA applicants finding their “why” to executives charting new career paths.
Gina received her JD/MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and her B.A. from UC Berkeley. She is a coach with Management Leadership for Tomorrow where she supports rising underrepresented business leaders. A certified integral coach and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) practitioner, Gina integrates reflective practices with pragmatic tools to support clients in building self-awareness, confidence, and intentionality.
