Gina started her career in advertising after a stint in the world of political writing and a PPE degree at Oxford. At Pablo she heads up all things growth alongside being a Client Partner, having led accounts such as Deliveroo & DFS at the agency. Passionate about driving business for her brand partners and creating motivated teams, Gina was named as one of the UK’s brightest young business leaders in Management Today’s 35 under 35. Outside of her day job, she is dedicated to creating positive change in the advertising & marketing industry, and has been recognised for this contribution as one of Campaign Magazine’s Top 5 Trailblazers, as well as receiving a WACL Future Leaders Award. Gina is on the board of the FUTURES Network, which offers support to over 400 women in reaching leadership positions, and is a former President of Bloom UK. She is also an alumnus of The Marketing Academy’s Scholarship, and is Co-Chair of the Scholarship Alumni Council. In her spare time, Gina is a painter and runs an affordable art platform that fundraises for London’s foodbanks.
