Hayley Dodd, Head of Integrated Marketing, Partnerships and PR, HMD

A dynamic marketing leader with a flair for blending cultural relevance with commercial impact. Currently Head of Integrated Marketing, PR & Partnerships at Human Mobile Devices, she has built a career defined by bold ideas, breakthrough campaigns, and a deep belief in marketing that makes people feel something.

Rising rapidly through the ranks, Hayley led global brand initiatives across 69 countries for HMD. From reviving the iconic Nokia 3210 and driving the Y2K nostalgia wave, to viral launches like the Barbie Phone and the Heineken Boring Phone, her work consistently captures hearts and headlines.

At the core of her philosophy is a belief that marketing should be a force for better change. Whether tackling smartphone addiction in kids, launching a repairable phone named TIME’s Best Invention of 2023, or reshaping industry narratives around sustainability, she see purpose not as a buzzword, but as the key to unlocking great campaigns—and great passion which is where her ideas come from.

Strategic and sales-driven, she repositioned Nokia in the enterprise space through award-winning storytelling, driving a 260% sales increase among FTSE companies. Before that, she reimagined Thorpe Park’s family brand, turning Fright Nights into a must-attend cultural event, and earlier at Taylor Herring, delivered iconic stunts for brands including Paddy Power, Red Bull and Amnesty International.

Award-winning and ever-curious, she believes the best marketing doesn’t just drive numbers—it drives culture, shifts perceptions, and starts conversations that last. Supporting the industry she is part of the Time 100 Summit gathering in New York, April 2025, to share insights, spotlight solutions and encourage action towards a better tomorrow.

Outside of the day job you can find Hayley having fun with her four amazing children in the countryside being a family of farming enthusiasts with two pet ducks named Ronnie and Reggie Quackray and her lurcher called LOL. In her spare time Hayley loves antiques and interior design, taking a diploma in interior design that helped with her house restoration project from installing heating to restoring the original charms of a 1930s cottage. Hayley loves a bit of mayhem be it at home with the children and pets or challenging the industry – all with a good dose of fun along the way.
