Hayley is a passionate, creative and strategic leader with over 15 years experience working with some of the largest brands in the world, fostering innovation to drive real commercial outcomes.
Being a dynamic and hands-on marketer, Hayley has a strong insight in to the power of nurturing and mentoring a team, an attribute she views as critical in her achievements to date. As Head of Brand Marketing for Samsung Electronics, Hayley is responsible for leading the strategy, development and implementation of all marketing activities across the Mobile division, driving over $1B in turnover. During 2020, she successfully on boarded a new team and agency roster whilst navigating unprecedented times, culminating in a record breaking market share achievement for Samsung in the Mobile division.
Prior to Samsung, Hayley worked with automotive giant Toyota, leading the team responsible for the passenger vehicle portfolio, a portfolio equating to over 60% of the brands total sales volume. She launched multiple new products into the Australian market, as well as developing and launching the Toyota 86 Racing Series, an Australian first and the most successful one-make racing series in Australian motorsport history.
Hayley has also worked across leading companies within the hospitality and retail space, creating long lasting client/agency relationships and growing her suite of multi-national company experience. A passionate traveller and adventurer, Hayley loves experiencing unique parts of the world and the outdoors with her young family.
