Holly Fischer, Planning Partner, PHD Media

For 11 years Holly has been passionate about the craft of media planning. She is driven by her curiosity about human behaviour to blend rigour and creativity to deliver comms and media planning.

Holly’s career has spanned the M6, with experience in media agencies in both Manchester and London. She’s worked across a range of categories from FMCG, Retail, Entertainment and Travel.

In her current role as Planning Partner at PHD, Holly leads the planning team across Diageo, Argos and Sainsbury’s. Her role encompasses translating media strategy in to best-in-class media plans and developing the craft of the planning team overall. She’s a keen mentor for the team and loves teaching planning as much as doing it herself!

Outside of work, Holly has a strong record of success in the Guinness challenge and has embraced the cliché of marathon running since entering her 30s, using these as an excuse to explore European cities.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
