Holly Higham, Global Head of Marketing, Impact

Holly Higham is a global marketing leader who believes marketing’s real job is creating connection, meaning and momentum.

As Global Head of Marketing at Impact, Holly leads international teams and projects across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, creating experience‑led marketing that delivers serious commercial results and positive impact. Her work spans experiential campaigns, brand strategy and data‑driven decision‑making, with a track record that includes campaigns resulting in multi‑million‑pound client wins and award‑winning global programmes.

Known for relentless curiosity and creative inspiration, Holly has led significant digital and cultural transformation, shifting marketing away from broadcast communication towards an ecosystem of targeted, human‑centred experiences. Her work ranges from designing immersive learning retreats and large‑scale global events to unconventional installations (including transforming the Empire State Building into escape rooms and staging live experiences inside the UK Parliament) all grounded in a belief that people remember what they feel, not what they’re told.

Holly is passionate about marketing as a force for good. She’s worked alongside organisations including Google, P&G and the United Nations Global Compact, and is particularly interested in the intersection of data, creativity and purpose… and the leadership choices that shape how marketing shows up in the world.

An adventurer at heart, Holly feels most alive in the mountains or halfway through a new challenge; whether that’s running marathons, hiking every Lakeland fell with her dog, or exploring the world one wonder at a time. Alongside her work, she volunteers for charities and spends part of every summer supporting holidays for disadvantaged children, bringing the same belief in human connection to how she lives as well as how she leads.
