Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer, Tim Hortons

A seasoned Canadian marketer, Hope Bagozzi joined Tim Hortons in January 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer- and has been part of the team leading the Brand reignition. Hope previously spent 15 years with McDonald’s Canada, most recently as Marketing Officer. Over the past 20 years, Hope and her team have built award-winning campaigns and strategic plans that resonate in communities across Canada. As the recipient of Cannes Lions, Effies, Cassies and Marketer of the Year and the Report on Business Best Executive award, she and her Team have been recognized for work in Canada and internationally.

Hope is also passionate about sharing her experience and leadership and in the past has sat on the boards of IAB Canada, Effies and the Canadian Cannes Lions Advisory Board. She is now active on the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps board – which enables youth from underserved communities to attend a multi-year, life-changing program. Hope also sits on the World Coffee Research (WCR) board – a not for profit industry led board that ensures a sustainable supply of coffee through science-based solutions.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
