Indy joined Barclays in 2002 on the Corporate Banking graduate programme and has done a number of roles across strategy and planning, global product and propositions design and marketing. Since 2011 Indy has held various Marketing Director roles across Corporate Banking and Retail Banking and was part of the leadership team responsible for the inception and rollout of the Barclays Values. He is currently the CMO of BUK Marketing driving the commercial and transformation agenda. He also sits on the UK Advisory Board for Meta. Outside of work, Indy lives in Sutton Coldfield and is married with two children.
