Irina Rodina is a global marketing leader with over 25 years of experience building iconic brands and driving transformational growth across FMCG and spirits.
Most recently, she served as SVP Marketing Strategy & Operations at Bacardi, where she led the company’s global marketing transformation agenda across Media, Strategy & Planning, Insights & Analytics, Innovation Excellence, Capability & Culture, Customer Marketing and Brand Homes. Her focus was simple: helping brands become more creatively distinctive, commercially effective and culturally relevant in order to drive sustainable growth.
Prior to Bacardi, Irina was CMO and Commercial Director for Northern Europe at Kraft Heinz, leading a multi-disciplinary growth organisation across Sauces, Meals and Infant Nutrition. There, she helped shape the future of a portfolio of beloved brands including Heinz, HP, Salad Cream and Lea & Perrins.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than 20 years at Unilever and three years at Barilla, holding local, regional and global leadership roles across some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands.
Irina is passionate about the intersection of creativity, culture and commerce. She believes the strongest brands do more than sell products—they shape culture, create meaning and earn the right to command both loyalty and value. Alongside her executive career, she is deeply committed to developing the next generation of marketing leaders and fostering cultures where entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and commercial excellence can thrive together.
