Isabel is a Marketing Director at PepsiCo. She has had a solid record of accomplishment of brand building, innovation launches, commercial strategy and bottom-line growth managing $1B+ brands throughout her career. Isabel is a strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills, adept at both short-term and long-term planning, to drive positive outcomes. Recognized as a self-starter who proactively takes decisive action under pressure and efficiently executes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver impactful results.
Most recently, she led the team in the repositioning the Lay’s brand, including Lay’s new tentpole campaign, The Little Farmer, that launched at Super Bowl and scored #2 in Super Bowl Ad Meter. Isabel also developed and implemented recently Lay’s first US soccer ecosystem strategy, including integration of global superstar, Messi.
Fueled by an unyielding determination and a competitive spirit, Isabel embraces her identity as a first-generation American and a dedicated athlete. Playing competitive soccer for fifteen years, including a full soccer scholarship to university, has shaped her leadership style. She is also aspiring to climb the seven summits (highest mountain on each continent).
