Jack Richards is a marketing communications practitioner, broadcaster, and spokesperson. As Global Head of Integrated & Field Marketing at Onclusive, he leads a global team responsible for all revenue, regional, and campaign marketing across the group’s worldwide operations. His experience spans the media intelligence industry predominantly, including senior roles at CARMA, Talkwalker, and now Onclusive.
Jack’s leadership is defined by his ability to build and integrate high-performing marketing teams – often within M&A and private equity environments – and align them with clear, revenue-focused KPIs. He is passionate about management & leadership and communications & marketing, speaking at events; contributing to research; and appearing in the media across outlets like The Evening Standard, City AM and other international media.
Beyond his operational role, Jack actively contributes to industry thought leadership and mentorship programs. He is a Chartered Manager, a member of the PRCA, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his dog Willow, sharing a pint with friends, and indulging his passion for travel.
