A people focused, intuitive and driven marketing leader with over 20 years’ experience across the Advertising, Marketing and Media industries. An expert in all facets of marketing with strong technical abilities and business acumen. Jane prides herself on delivering business results through strategic customer insights, collaborative stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

For the past 15 years Jane has been working in the media industry as a B2B marketer. Her love of the industry started with Getty Images where she was the Marketing Manager for Australia & New Zealand. Having a real passion for media, Jane moved into the Marketing Manager role at Adshel, then Marketing Director at APN Outdoor before moving to Val Morgan. At Val Morgan, Jane was the Group Director of Marketing and was responsible for the strategy and marketing functions of the Cinema, Outdoor and digital networks across Australia and New Zealand.

In 2013 she was voted the Outdoor Media Association’s Rising Star, and was listed two years in a row for the B&T Power Women in Media top 100 in 2018 – 2019.

Jane is passionate about giving back to the industry after her time in The Marketing Academy (2017) through mentoring and coaching of younger people in the industry.

Jane had her son Paddy in August 2019 and is currently looking for her next opportunity.

She really does love Pina Coladas but not so much slow walks in the rain.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
