Jayne Fieldhouse, Managing Director, Head of Global Marketing (Institutional), RBC Global Asset Management

Jayne has nearly 25 years of experience in communications, reputation management and marketing across asset management. During her career she has built teams, implemented new strategies and increased audience engagement and outcomes.

She is currently responsible for leading a global marketing team who devise and implement marketing strategies for investment audiences globally for RBC Global Asset Management. Jayne is part of RBC GAM’s Leadership Committee and is a Non-Executive Board Director for a number of subsidiaries. She also leads the Corporate Responsibility Committee in EMEA APAC and is a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee D&I group.

Previously, Jayne worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, leading corporate communications for their institutional and investment trust business in EMEA. Prior to this, she has lead PR for a fund of hedge fund and driven communications and business development for both a platform business and an industry consultancy. Jayne holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK. She is also a trustee for Panathlon Challenge, a charity providing access to sport for children with disabilities. Outside work, she is active and loves spending time with her daughter.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
