Her global career has spanned the UK, US, APAC, and Bermuda. While she has made significant contributions to companies such as Bacardi, VICE Media, and Live Nation Entertainment, Jemma finds the most satisfaction in her ability to nurture and develop high-performing, motivated teams that excel in varied markets and cultural landscapes.
An advocate for continuous learning, Jemma has collected a diverse mix of professional qualifications and certifications. Her latest academic endeavour sees her returning to university, where she studies Psychology part-time at Deakin, deepening her insight into human behaviour.

As a certified Energetics Practitioner from the International Institute of Complementary Therapy, she advocates for both energetic and physical health, maintaining her own equilibrium through yoga and time spent in nature.
