Jennifer Drapisch, Senior Director, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy, Hilton

Jennifer is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in both global and regional marketing roles. Known as “the great connector,” she is dedicated to using marketing to unite people and cultures through shared passions and meaningful experiences. She believes that effective marketing can drive short and long-term business growth while also building strong brands.

As the Senior Director of Americas Marketing Regional Strategy at Hilton, one of the world’s leading Hospitality brands, Jennifer drives commercial marketing strategy for the company’s portfolio of brands across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Since joining Hilton in 2023, she has established a new regional strategy team that employs a holistic marketing approach across both B2C and B2B channels, ultimately accountable for the growth and performance of Hilton brands in the region.

Jennifer also has a breadth of marketing experience in traditional CPG brand management, innovation, and DTC retail and e-commerce within the beverage alcohol and sportswear industries.

Having lived and worked in Europe, Latin America, and the US, she has travelled to nearly 30 countries and 35 US states. Currently residing in Northern Virginia, Jennifer enjoys exploring the vibrant restaurant scene, beautiful local hiking spots, and spending time spoiling her young niece and nephew. She is also a long-time member of Toastmasters, Junior League, and various mentoring organizations, with a strong passion for community service.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
