Jennifer is an executive leadership coach who focuses on partnering with individuals to turn self-awareness into personal growth and organizational impact by embracing opportunities to strengthen authentic leadership style. Known for her blend of empathy and direct accountability, she serves as a thought partner to her clients, empowering them to discover new awareness and strategies to harness their leadership in service of meeting their goals.
A former marketing executive, Jennifer brings firsthand experience both working in-house as well as in an advertising agency with leaders across nonprofit, startup, and enterprise-level organizations. This perspective grounds her coaching in real-world insight as she works to create a trusted space for reflection. Jennifer also facilitates workshops for organizations, as well as presentations on a variety of leadership topics. She helped build ClearEdge Rising, a leadership accelerator for women from the ground up and continues to facilitate cohorts for emerging, mid-level and executive level leaders as well as coaching individuals 1:1.
Accredited as an ACC level coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Jennifer enjoys giving back by volunteering her time through the American Heart Association, the ICF, the American Staffing Association and the Michigan State University Women’s Leadership Institute.
