Board member and advisor, results-oriented Chief Marketing, Innovation & Sustainability Officer with over two decades of experience in FMCG and Agribusiness sectors. Track record of working at the intersection of purpose-led brands and value creation, delivering sales targets, designing commercially successful innovations and inspiring sustainability led efforts embedded in the fabric of the business, across multi-stakeholder groups.

Jiunn has been with Zespri since September 2016. In his role as Chief Marketing, Innovation & Sustainability Officer, he is responsible for leading Zespri’s marketing, innovation R&D, sustainability, and corporate strategy functions. Prior to joining Zespri, Jiunn built a solid sales and marketing track record in senior roles at Unilever and L’Oreal across Latin America, Asia and Europe.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
