After a successful career in both central and local government, Jo is now a qualified corporate coach and leadership consultant in both the public and private sector.
She has a proven track record in enabling leaders, at all levels, to achieve their potential, believe in themselves and develop their own leadership style. Her approach – being empathetic and supportive with an insightful directness, together with recent and considerable experience of leadership roles at the top of diverse organisations, has enabled many people, organisations and whole systems to achieve their personal goals and shared outcomes. She is also highly sensitive to the politics of organisations and supports people to navigate these successfully.
Jo holds a number of non Executive Board positions including being the Chair of The College of Social Work.
