Joshua Leatherman is a growth-marketing executive with over a decade of experience leading highly profitable customer acquisition, adoption, and advocacy programs.

The Chief Marketing Officer at Service Express, Josh has helped grow the company from $30 million in annual revenue to over $250 million by implementing high-return demand generation, revenue operations, global brand, and sales development programs.

Josh partners with his executive team to grow Service Express, The Service Express Way, by hiring and developing the best talent, ensuring double-digit annual organic revenue growth, expanding through highly accretive acquisitions, providing a differentiated and uncompromising customer experience, and innovating at the speed of growth.

With the help of his leadership team, Josh seeks to coach and develop his team of over 100 by living out the Service Express Core Value, which is to “cultivate a culture of growth that empowers our people to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals.”
