Josh is Head of Data & Digital Audience at Network 10 & ViacomCBS in ANZ, where for the past 2 years he has built and grown 10’s data & analytics capabilities from the ground up. While at 10, Josh has built multiple departments responsible for monetising data & audiences, insights and data platforms.
Through 10’s data and digital transformation, Josh has created and grown new revenue streams as advertiser demand for data-driven targeting has increased. Now, more than 75% of 10’s digital revenues are enabled through data, and Josh has wider ambitions to transform 10 into a truly data-driven business long-term. Josh also champions consumer privacy, participates in various industry councils and events, and is an active member of 10’s Diversity & Inclusion working group.
Prior to joining 10, Josh worked in commercial & consulting roles where he helped businesses with data and technology transformation projects, primarily focused on adopting new technologies and internalising data related skills and capabilities. He’s worked with brands like Telstra, CBA, Carnival Group, and NewsCorp to solve complex business and data problems.
Josh holds an Executive MBA from Sydney Business School and made the AdNews Top 20 list of Emerging Leaders in 2020. His other passions include martial arts, Italian food, holidays in Europe (holidays in general…), his partner Maddy and his Dog Beau. Josh was born in South Africa and has lived and worked in 3 countries, and Australia is now home.
