Jovan has spent many years at some of the leading agencies in design and communication, including M&C Saatchi, JKR and Landor & Fitch. He has led global brand transformation programmes, acting as a trusted partner to client teams on topics including visual identity, retail, sustainability and innovation. Jovan now leads the global creative output for the iconic Virgin Atlantic. His past experience includes brands such as Panasonic, Diageo, AB InBev, P&G and Atlantis Resorts. Over the years, Jovan has helped win numerous awards including DBA Design Effectiveness, New York Festivals and a Marketing Week Award. Jovan believes in creating dynamic and inclusive teams, where ideas and people can flourish. He is also a contributor to Brandingmag and a judge for the Transform Awards Europe.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
