Julie Laboureix, Director, EU General Manager for Toys and Sustainability Ambassador, Amazon

Julie Laboureix is EU General Manager for Amazon’s Toys business across Europe. She is a data driven Business leader with strong record in creating incremental revenues and accelerating growth rates in a WW organization, with experience in global, regional and local roles.

Passionate about driving positive impact for the consumers and the planet, Julie also is Sustainability Ambassador for Amazon in France. She is driving sustainability efforts in Amazon’s Hardlines consumer business, in particular the development of our Climate Pledge Friendly range, as well as supporting sustainability projects across operations.

Graduated from HEC in 2007, Julie began her career in strategy Consulting at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and New York, working across multiple companies in the Luxury and FMCG space on strategy, brand & marketing, and organization & change management projects.

She joined Amazon 10 years ago and was until 2020 the Marketing and Prime Director for Amazon in France. She sits at Amazon.fr executive committee since 2016.

Outside of work, Julie is a mom of 2, and teaches strategy at Sciences Po. She is an active mentor inside and outside of Amazon, with a focus on supporting young women to access the Digital & Tech industry.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
