In his 30-year career, Justin has been building and leading agencies and clients across the globe – from startups, to running networks, to leading global clients. Justin merges creativity, data-driven insight, and technology to deliver transformational brand experiences. He has partnered with brands such as Microsoft, Kroger, Nokia, Virgin Atlantic, Vertu luxury, Adidas to name only a few, in his multiple award winner career. His career has seen him based in 9 countries, build and lead teams in over 50 countries, providing him with deep and unique experience across all continents of the world.  

Justin has held board seats at Effie, AdCouncil, and for Rising Ground Human Services (NYC). He has collaborated with The T.Howard Foundation, AdColor, The Brixton Finishing School to mentor and bring fresh talent into the creative industry. Justin has guest lectured at NYU, US & The IDM, UK, and has been a mainstage speaker. He currently holds Advisory Board positions at technology companies PocStock and Bazaarvoice. And sits on the global board of MMA and is a member of the Global brand council of double Olympic and World Champion, athletic icon, Edwin Moses. 

Justin holds a BSC HONS in Business Information Systems, and has completed his Mini / Exec MBA at Babson College.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
