Kammeron is Founder of The Team Space, a boutique executive and team coaching practice helping leaders, teams and individuals create and leverage space for deliberate and conscientious leadership and team development ensuring they advance with purpose and intention to drive performance and impact.

Known for her deeply humanistic style and ability to connect, Kammeron’s trademark has been her capacity to support people to make discoveries that lead to shifts in perspective that are enlightening, energising and confidence boosting, directly impacting performance, engagement and wellbeing outcomes.

Kammeron is also co-creator of the Purposeful Teams leadership framework and runs the Cultivating Purposeful Teams workshops both as public and in-house Programs.

Prior to being an executive coach and leadership development collaborator, Kammeron was a senior executive with News Corp for 15 years transforming teams in Consumer sales and marketing and helping to grow the digital subscriptions business for the Herald Sun. Kammeron is on the boards of ADHD Australia, Red Nose Australia, and the National Lotteries and Newsagents Association. Kamm and her two sons live in Melbourne with her partner and his son and she loves cooking, entertaining, camping, walks in forests and cheering on her beloved Blues in the AFL.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
