Kate Hahn, Head of Growth Marketing, Bazaarvoice

In her role as Head of Growth Marketing at Bazaarvoice, Kate leads all aspects of growth, performance, and partner marketing on a global scale. Kate has been instrumental in driving exceptional results and transformation for the marketing team during her tenure. In the past 12 months alone, Kate stood up a Partner Marketing practice, led her performance marketing team to capitalize the shifting Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned (PESO) channel mix, and has crafted and delivered the company’s first cross-functional integrated planning process across sales, marketing, product marketing, and revenue ops teams.

Kate brings energy and positivity to whatever she touches and delivers. As a critical thinker, Kate elevates conversations around her, challenges traditional thinking, and excels in creating value for all concerned. A seasoned leader, Kate instills passion and enthusiasm from her team, peers, and the executive team. Prior to joining Bazaarvoice in 2019, Kate spent more than a decade in leadership roles across a variety of industries in B2B and B2C. Kate earned an MBA in Business Management from St. Edward’s University and a BA in Public Relations from Xavier University.

Her mission in life is to bring joy to her daily interactions, to leave people and things a little better and brighter than she found them, to lead by example, and to be light. She recharges by spending time with her family of four in nature and in theaters (for movies and musicals) around Austin, Texas, and exploring new cities together.
