She is building a business line out of her marketing expertise to help disrupt how energy businesses go to market and service their customers in a sector that is going through an enormous global transition.
Katherine’s background as a B2B specialist, has given her a wealth of experience heading up customer experience teams, digital transformation and growth strategies, for major financial services and tech brands. Prior to Kraken, Katherine delivered B2B brand growth, team transformation and customer experience improvements at HSBC, Citigroup and BNY Mellon, as well as consulting for scale-up businesses in the Fin-tech sector.
