Kerry Chilvers, Brands Director – Direct Line Group

Kerry has spent her career with Direct Line Group, where she has undertaken a variety of marketing roles.

Kerry’s latest role is Brands Director, where she is responsible for driving marketing output and performance across Direct Line Group’s multi-brand portfolio, leading a diverse team of marketing professionals across a broad range of disciplines, including brand strategy, marketing communications and proposition development.

Kerry is an ambitious marketing leader, who is passionate about making a difference to businesses and the people in them, to unlock their full potential. Kerry is a strong strategic thinker, which has driven breakthrough brand reinventions on Direct Line, Green Flag and Churchill. Kerry is a bold decision maker, who instils a culture of bravery in others, in pursuit of better customer and business outcomes. Underpinning this is a belief in developing brands over the long term based on powerful insights and creating a culture that encourages team members and agencies alike to agencies to bring their A game.

Kerry is a member of WACL and is a lead in ISBAs Diversity & Inclusion Network. At DLG, leads work to drive diversity and inclusion in communications, and sponsors Wellbeing throughout Marketing. Kerry is married, and a mum of two young children.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
