Kim is both creatively and commercially minded, with a track record of creating work that not only drives commercial results, but taps into culture and creates enduring brand advocacy.
Throughout her career she’s lent into her aspiration to spread positivity, working with purpose-driven brands to encourage change for good. She has a passion for using storytelling to ensure brands stand for something and can quickly turn visions into action plans.
Kim is currently the Brand & Comms lead at Woolworths at Work, responsible for implementing the vision of creating healthier organisations across Australia, plus nurturing internal culture.
Kim has a diverse background having lived in South Africa, UK and Australia, and working across multiple industries from retail, financial services, telco, utilities, charity, FMCG and tech. Before joining Woolworths at Work, Kim had a career leading global agency teams – a highlight was being a part of the leadership team at VCCP, working with challenger brands push beyond the status quo and drive fame.
Her greatest skill is her ability to drive high-performance culture, through a kind and nurturing leadership style. The belief that everyone brings their own unique story to the table, and that story should be developed in a way that is right for the individual has inspired her into multiple mentoring initiatives.
Outside of work Kim is an adventurer, whether it’s a long hike or discovering new, less unexplored corners of the world, she always coming back feeling humbled, inspired and energized.
