Kimberlee Wells, CEO TBWAMelbourne and TBWAAdelaide 

Throughout Kimberlee’s career, she has advised many of Australia’s leading brands and Government agencies, helping them realise incremental growth through creativity. Her passion lies in leveraging creativity as an accelerant for shareholder value and driving positive social change. Under her leadership, TBWA has worked with brand partners to rally for LGBTIQ rights; champion change for women’s financial inequality; and improve acceptance of Australia’s minority groups.

Kimberlee is a regular media commentator and has been acknowledged multiple times locally and internationally for her leadership within the industry.

In addition to her role as CEO, Kimberlee advises the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Global Strategy Hub working behind the scenes to co-create initiatives including the world first OPEN BRIEF issued to the creative community in response to the Coronavirus crisis.

Kimberlee also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Nutricare Pty Ltd and sits on the Advisory Board for EsFam Biotech – an Australian drug discovery company making advancements in treatments for COVID-19 and advanced Cancer.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
