She has a proven track record of impact, from delivering double-digit revenue growth at Koala to playing a meaningful role in Expedia’s $3.9bn HomeAway acquisition. She’s also the author of the ALDI Long-Term Effectiveness Grand Effie.
Kinga brings optimism, energy and a dash of humor to every situation. A ‘hype girl’ for clever and kind people, she is passionate about helping others—especially women—find the courage to go off the beaten track.
Born in communist Hungary, raised by a powerhouse single mum, and now a citizen of three countries, she brings a global mindset and challenger mentality to everything she does. A polyglot and world traveler (62 countries and counting!), she thrives on adventure, learning, and connection. When not leading marketing projects, she’s dancing at street parties with her toddler, taking tech courses, or swims in the ocean – often all in the same weekend.
