Kip Knight

Kip Knight is an Operating Partner at Thomvest, advising portfolio companies on marketing best practices. In addition, Kip focuses on investments in Sales and Marketing Technology for Thomvest and is a board member on Netbase.

Kip is also an independent board member for 5-11 Tactical, the leading tactical clothing company in the world.

Kip gained extensive business experience during his career, having worked in over 60 countries around the world. He started his career at P&G in brand management. He served as CMO at Taco Bell and VP of marketing at eBay.

He has held a number of senior executive roles, including general manager positions at PepsiCo and eBay. He was president of H&R Block U.S. as well as president of H&R Block International.

Kip is the co-founder of the U.S. Marketing Communication College, where he teaches communication strategy to diplomats at the U.S. State Department. He earned his B.S. degree from LSU in marketing and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
