Kitty Poole, Marketing Director – Doddle

Kitty is currently Marketing Director at Doddle. She was hired in 2018 to reinvigorate marketing at Doddle and to build a brand and marketing strategy to step change Doddle’s growth and launch the company internationally. Kitty is responsible for all Doddle’s global marketing and PR which has helped bring new consumers to the brand and also secure partnerships with major brands including ASOS and Amazon.
In her 11 years in marketing, Kitty has held a number of key roles on both the agency and client side. Most notably she has worked with leading international brands including Apple, Barclays and BT. In addition to working with large corporates, Kitty has helped launch a number of successful start-ups across the fitness and fintech space.
Beyond her career in marketing, Kitty sits as a trustee on the board of Kidscape and has provided pro-bono marketing advice to charities such as Missing People. In addition to her charitable work, Kitty is a passionate advocate for women in the workplace. Kitty regularly provides mentorship and guidance to younger professionals through Lean In circles and regular speaking engagements.
Growing up in Australia has given Kitty a love for the outdoors. Outside of work she enjoys anything that gets her outside, from skiing to surfing or just exploring London’s many parks.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
