Kristof Neirynck, Chief Marketing Officer, Avon (starting in 2022)

Kristof has nearly 20 years of experience in Brand Building, Digital Transformation and Innovation in FMCG/CPG, Luxury and Retail sectors. He started his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 2002 where he held international leadership roles at P&G’s Prestige, Laundry and Feminine Care divisions. He joined Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) in 2015
and in 2017 became the Chief Marketing Officer for WBA’s Global Brands division where he had responsibility for a $4bn sales portfolio of more than 20 WBA owned brands in Beauty and Consumer Healthcare. In 2022 Kristof will take on the role as Chief Marketing Officer for Avon, a global relationship selling beauty business with over 6 million sales
representatives in over 50 countries and spanning make-up, skincare, fragrances, personal care, hair care, fashion, accessories and home.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
