Laura is Chief Executive Officer of PHD Media Australia, bringing over 17 years of international experience across leading media and marketing organisations.
She was previously Co-CEO of OMD Sydney, part of Omnicom Media Group, where she spent more than a decade working across London and Sydney. Known for her progressive, collaborative leadership style, Laura has built a strong reputation for driving growth for both clients and teams.
Laura has led major client partnerships including Telstra and McDonald’s, delivering impactful media strategies at scale. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, automotive, finance, FMCG and retail.
She has also held a key role at Annalect UK, Omnicom’s data and analytics division, where she led consultancy and development, helping translate data and technology into meaningful business outcomes.
As CEO of PHD Media Australia, Laura is focused on accelerating growth, strengthening client partnerships and fostering high-performing teams.
