Lauren A. McGlory, Global Lead of Strategy and Accounts, LinkedIn Media Productions

A curator of culture, the calm in the storm, and a lively, bold marketer, Lauren McGlory is the Global Lead for Strategy and Accounts at LinkedIn’s Media Productions. In this role, she leads a high-performing team across global markets, driving ROI while delivering LinkedIn’s mission through high-impact live shows, video campaigns, and popup studios at renowned events such as Cannes and Davos.

Her career path is her secret weapon. Lauren made the bold choice to turn down a full-ride scholarship to law school in order to tackle the achievement gap by joining Teach For America. As a former educator and administrator in Los Angeles and Washington, DC, Lauren taught over 300 students before transitioning to PepsiCo Frito-Lay, where she managed iconic brands such as Baked and PopCorners and orchestrated memorable Super Bowl activations, major commercial campaigns, and co-branded partnership programs that resonated with audiences nationwide.

All these distinctive experiences have sharpened her ability to blend creativity and leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, building a strong, collaborative culture. Her reputation for executing complex marketing and production programs is grounded in her ability to bring clarity amid chaos, with a keen strategic vision.

Recognized for her passion and enthusiasm, Lauren uplevels both creative work and her teams through her transparent, empathetic, and proactive leadership style. By championing unconventional paths and fostering cultural awareness through candid dialogue, she continues to drive meaningful impact within every organization she serves. In the past few years, Lauren has been selected to serve on the (Emory) Goizueta Alumni Board and has been honored with accolades such as Ad Age’s In-House Agency of the Year and three Telly Awards.
