Lauren is the Managing Director of Carat & Dentsu X, Mama of two, bibliophile, passionate about everything people, period.

Lauren is a marketing and media senior executive with 17 years of experience in global media, luxury, FMCG, tourism, retail, airline, and automotive. Spending the last seventeen years in global holding companies across the UK & APAC, with experience spanning investment, communications planning, account management and brand leadership.

Lauren is a passionate and thoughtful leader with an emphasis on strong culture and empathy – personal attributes that helped develop Dentsu Media’s first early careers program, attracting new and diverse talent from around the globe.

Lauren is a master at pitching and winning new business. She combines media strategy and creativity to understand specific audience challenges and communicate thoughtful solutions that drive business impact.

The Marketing Academy Australia 2027 Scholarship is a free development program for the best emerging leaders in the Marketing, Advertising, Communication and Media industries in Australia. It’s a highly selective program with a rigorous selection process that starts with a nomination.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
