Lee Edwards, Global Brand Strategy Lead, the LEGO Group

Lee Edwards is the Global Brand Strategy Lead for the LEGO Group and has had the privilege of being a part of building the globally recognised iconic 90-year-old brand. His role ensures that the brand continues to evolve, maintain relevancy, connect with new audiences, and puts play and creativity at the core of everything it does.

Over the last 11 years, Lee has been fortunate to help build, re-build and position globally recognised brands. As a Disney & BBC Studios alumni, Lee is driven by the belief that brands can create conscious change and should act as changemakers.

As a leader, Lee leads with empathy & authenticity. He is a determined, passionate and purpose driven Marketer, who is passionate about DE&I, and fostering inclusive environments which allows everyone to thrive.

Lee is committed to nurturing & championing the next generation and uses his time to create impact within the industry and for the people around him. He also volunteers for Action4Children and mentors emerging talent to help them realise their potential.

When not geeking out over all things brand and marketing, Lee is naturally curious and spends his time exploring the world, and London (including all the micro-breweries). He has a passion for interiors, live music, chasing sunsets and can be seen frequently lost on country walks.
