Always leading with energy, Lillie is passionate about getting the most creative campaigns out into the world for the brands she works with. As Business Director at Mr. President, she runs key pieces of business across multiple categories from banking to beauty, and much in between. She firmly believes her agency’s mantra ‘to let nothing get it the way of a great idea’.
Over the past year she’s led the development and delivery of online series ‘Dating These Days’ for Bumble, tackling issues of racial biases in dating and intimacy during the pandemic. She then took over the famous Piccadilly Lights with a UGC campaign of support for LGBTI+ communities for charity Stonewall.
Prior to this, Lillie worked at international network agency Mullen Lowe, where she delivered campaigns for Unilever haircare giant TRESemmé across UK, US, and Brazil, all in the service of bringing their new brand purpose to life. She was a regular at Cannes Film Festival, working with the digital innovation team at Magnum ice-cream to democratize this event to give exclusive access to the online community.
Outside of work, Lillie’s on a mission to demystify the Communications industry, and help get more people a seat at the table. She mentors with Cult: Futures and Bloom, helping younger people get a foot into the door and find their voice when they get there.
Lillie’s a big believer in the power of nature, trying to get outside as much as possible in her spare time. She loves wild swimming and will be taking part in a night-swim event later in the year.
