Lily is the Head of B2C Marketing for Atom Learning – the fastest growing EdTech company in the UK. She leads a diverse team of nine exceptionally talented marketers and designers delivering innovative marketing campaigns at speed to the 75,000 families Atom serves across the UK.
Lily is passionate about Atom’s vision-led approach. Her proudest moment at Atom was the launch of their Pupil Premium Support Scheme, aimed at increasing representation of children from disadvantaged backgrounds in UK grammar schools. While the logistics and GDPR issues for this scheme were complex, Lily’s scalable model and distribution process will enable thousands of children across the UK to access much-needed resources to support their grammar school exam preparation.
Prior to her transition into EdTech, she cut her teeth in the video games industry working on indie titles and AAA cult classics. Lily’s ingenuity and creative approach shine through in her campaigns, most notably the unforgettable launch of Final Fantasy XV, a game a decade in the making. In less than 9 months, she brought to life a national campaign which included three-metre-tall animatronic yellow birds, an exclusive musical collaboration with Florence and the Machine, a film premiere with Sean Bean, and a Waterloo station takeover.
Her career has been marked by her willingness to take on challenging roles. She is a passionate and purposeful leader who believes that truly high-performance teams are forged from inspired and motivated individuals united by a common strategic vision. Her 15-year track record is a testament to her results-oriented leadership, guiding teams through strategic transformations to deliver world-class business initiatives on time and within budget.
When not working, Lily finds beauty in the chaos that her young family and menagerie of animals bring. She enjoys all manner of creative endeavours including baking, painting, and child-rearing.
