Linda Lee, Chief Marketing Officer, Meals & Beverages – Campbells

Linda Lee was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in December 2019.

Linda has full marketing and brand responsibility, along with P&L accountability, for Campbell’s US retail Meals & Beverages division.  Among her responsibilities, a priority is building a culture that unleashes the full potential of each brand, thus creating demand by leveraging consumer-driven insights, new media channels, and an agile marketing and innovation approach.

Previously, Linda held Chief Marketing Officer roles at Stonyfield Farm and Chef Cut’s Real Jerky.  Her experience also includes a decade at Mondelēz, where she led the integration of the U.S. and Canadian savory cracker businesses, launched Good Thins, drove a total business turnaround for Triscuit crackers, and led the gum category launch in China.  Earlier in her career, she spent a combined 10 years at General Mills in consumer insights and at Procter & Gamble in product development.

Linda earned her B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering form Cornell University.  She is a member of the MMA North American Board of Directors.  She is a self-described avid podcast learner, pragmatic optimist and a Peloton junkie.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
