Lindsay Schuhmann currently serves as the Brand Manager, Individual Occasions for KFC US. In this role, Lindsay leads the strategy and execution of national promotional windows and new product launches in KFC’s 4,000+ restaurant system. Most recently, Lindsay has led the rollout of KFC’s Secret Recipe Fries, established chicken tenders across the entire line-up of bucket meals, and is leading the growth plan for KFC’s chicken sandwich.
Prior to joining KFC US, Lindsay was part of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, the Yum! Brands supply chain arm. In this role, Lindsay led the marketing and outreach for opt-in franchisee programs and indirect spend categories.
Lindsay is a driven marketer with a passion for understanding the customer and unlocking new strategies to bring them into the brand. She thrives on collaborating with cross functional partners to solve complex problems and bring new ideas to life.
Lindsay lives in Louisville, Ky with her husband, Matthew. When Lindsay isn’t selling the world’s best fried chicken, you can find her exploring new Louisville restaruants, channelling her creative energy through decorating cakes, or binge watching documentaries on Netflix.
