Lindsay coaches for development and transformation. She enables a deeply safe and compassionate environment in which clients feel able to be vulnerable, and so engage in adventurous thinking. Fearless about working on challenging topics, and with her in-depth understanding of how change occurs, she goes beyond what shows on the surface, so that clients get to the heart of what’s going on for them, and build on that awareness to create results.
They typically build their presence, self-belief, confidence and assertiveness; find and use their voices and influence more effectively; make a bigger leadership contribution without having to work harder; preserve their wellbeing; and enable sustainable change for themselves and the systems they function within.
Lindsay specialises in leadership, career development and self-development, and wellbeing, and she works internationally, across a wide range of sectors. She is a co-founder of Coaching through COVID and Beyond, which offered high quality pro bono coaching to those impacted by COVID in the UK National Health Service, and the hospice and care sectors.
Her clients speak of her as wise and insightful, supportive and challenging, caring and tough, dynamic and deep, positive, warm, calm, and bringing great presence
Her career, before she became an executive coach in 2003, spans leadership roles in HR, career counselling, human rights, European business development (she lived in Luxembourg for 13 years), and executive talent management.
She originated the Wittenberg Career Coaching Model, and is author of e-book ‘Become the Leader You Are: Self-Leadership through Executive Coaching’.
