Lisa is a digital marketing specialist with over 18 years experience of driving innovation in financial services marketing. Working across all digital and traditional channels, Lisa is passionate about using data and customer insight to deliver customer centric marketing initiatives. She strongly believes in the importance of creative and messaging as a powerful vehicle to cut through and drive success.
Within her current role, Lisa leads a team of extraordinary marketers to deliver market leading digital Credit Card Acquisition campaigns and strategies. Lisa excels in leading her team through an authentic and democratic leadership style and thrives on helping people develop and reach their career aspirations.
Lisa started her career as a marketing graduate at Westpac and after moving to the UK joined American Express rolling out best practice capabilities and learnings to all global market. During her time in this central role, she was part of a team that reimagined the American Express digital journey which set Amex on it’s path to digital success.
Married with 2 young children, she doesn’t have much free time but loves to travel, eat great food and enjoy the outdoors.
