Loan is a passionate and driven leader focused on digital and traditional media. She has recently been promoted to the role of CEO for both businesses (iNC Digital Media and Impulse Screen Media).
She has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and over 10 years spent within the Australian media landscape.
Loan excels at defining business plans and go-to market strategies necessary to reach targeted sales, revenue and profitability goals whilst managing the operational costs and margins of the associated business unit.
A fast learner with excellent leadership skills, Loan has successfully driven the launch, growth and development of Australian Radio Network’s full-service digital media agency iNC Digital Media since 2016.
Loan has been the driving force behind the redesign and launch of iNC Digital Media’s brand identity focusing on radio campaigns’ digital amplification and has developed a new marketing strategy which has redefined its market position. This achievement resulted in a first year revenue increase of 258% and a continued 30% YOY growth. This marked change in business revenue delivered the first year of profit after two years of negative EBIT and has shown consistent profit increases since then.
Before moving to Australia 13 years ago Loan was a successful TV presenter in her home country France, co-hosting “Subculture” a weekly action sports show, “Clap” a cinema review program and the “Top 50” chart music show broadcasted on the mainstream French music TV channel MCM.
She now lives on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her husband and their five year-old daughter.
