Lucie is a Partner at Amrop UK, with a particular focus on the consumer-facing
industries, including FMCG, Retail, Consumer Services and Travel, Leisure and
Hospitality.
Prior to re-joining Amrop in 2021, she was the Retail & Consumer Partner for a wellknown
UK-based talent acquisition and advisory services business, delivering Board
and Executive assignments as well as senior level commercial, marketing, HR and CEO
roles. She also led a number of local and international assessment, succession and
consulting projects. Earlier in her career, she was a Director at a top five global
Executive Search firm.
She builds long-term relationships with clients, often helping them to build out
multiple functions and particularly enjoys supporting them through periods of
growth/change.
Lucie supports the Marketing Academy by sitting on their Fellowship selection panel,
bringing her unique insight into the marketing talent pool. She is a fluent French and
German speaker, graduating from Oxford University with a MA in Modern Languages.
She also holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield. Lucie is based in West London with
her husband and menagerie (two children, an enthusiastic puppy and less enthusiastic
cat).
